  1. The Physical Universe (Motor Skills): Perfect for younger children, the recessed planet slots encourage fine motor control and the “pincer grasp.” Children learn through trial and error as they discover that the massive Jupiter won’t fit in Mercury’s small spot!

  2. Naming and Ordering (Literacy and Science): Printed with clear, easy-to-read text, the board helps children memorize the names of the celestial bodies. The distinct orbital lines (orange paths) let children trace the planets' journeys, building pre-writing skills and an understanding of movement.

  3. Space Science and Logic (STEM Learning): For older learners, the board features a “Distance from the Sun” data table. This turns play into a “Mission Control” activity where children can compare numbers, analyze data, and understand that planets further away take longer to complete their “year.”
